hows the hamiltron dance scene these days?

when i was a wee fella in good old hamilton we used to party at the smallest dance bar i can ever rememmber being in,whats the place called? across the road from the bank,you know the one i mean.

now in the big city of wellington i have learnt what a dance city is

hows the yahoos that parade around the streets each weekend going to the outback and the bank and n e of those other student slezze bars still drinking like they dont have kindneys i spose lol each to there own i guess.

hope yall is party the only way there is to party...hard and with out mercy to the body or mind

The bar that you’re talking about was either called Judder Bar or Trout’s and has opened and closed a couple of times over the last few years (I think that it closed down again).

Hamilton now has the loft and liquid lounge for house music. Liquid lounge have their first international act on 13th of June 'Papa Washington trio' (uk). Plus they are always hosting Auckland dj's.

Catalyst for DnB, breaks, Hard house/Trance etc... plus they have house bar upstairs. They're hosting overdrive in a few weeks with Siren, Andy Day and mischief and mayhem plus others....

Monkey feather have new owners and starting to promote so pretty good dj's as well.

Plus Altitude is hosting all sorts of different events, the largered tour, pure n sexy etc...

Not to mention Northway Street parties!

So I guess Hamilton has changed heaps since you kicked around up here

dam it has changed,i went to monkey feather just after it opened was dancing hard took my shirt off and was told off by sum large lump of a man"this is not a rave put your shirt back on " dam lol

sounds like i may have to do a road trip to the old stomping ground

steve hill down here on the 14th july if you havent been to steve hill you really need to make the effort to go he just blows your fucken mind!
