With 10 years experience behind the decks and a history of techno and electro based music, the progression to breaks has seen Matt bringing fresh and exciting elements to the genre of breakbeat. This has been backed up by a massive win in this years Breakspoll, The International Breakbeat Awards hosted at London superclub, Fabric.

Matt Goddard, aka Dopamine won Best Single with his debut release 'Hold You' on Thursday Club Recordings (TCR) and was also a runner up in the Breakthrough producer category. Followed up by a storming back to back set with none other than breakbeat superstar Klaus Heavyweight Hill (owner of Title Fight recordings) which has been commented by many as the most exciting set of the evening.

Dopamine is now one of Title Fight Recordings' main recording artists alongside Klaus Heavyweight Hill. Records literally fly out of the stores that bear the dopamine name and wind up in some of the most influential dj boxes worldwide including The Plump DJs, Stanton Warriors, Tayo, Annie Nightingale, Uberzone, General Midi, Rennie Pilgrem, Freq Nasty and many, many more. 2005/2006 has seen Matt playing alongside most of the heavyweights of breaks on his UK/European tours and his weekly residency at Break Inn @ The Chinese Laundry in his hometown of Sydney, Australia.
