...is your car??

On average I get 750kms out of a 60l tank.. thats round town and open road.. I done a trip to AK (from Welly) earlier this year and got 900km out of it!!

I drive a 1997 1800 Mitsi Legnum, manual and fillup on 96 mainly, but every now and again 98 (usually when its at a station with only 91/98.)

I usually get over 500km out of my 40l tank. I drive a 96 Civic Dohc Vtec 1600

ummm the skyline gets around 250km on a 60litre tank of 98 Laughing

My work car gets around 500+km on a tank of 91, not sure what size, its a mazda 6

I get about 35mpg around town and up to 55mpg on the open road. That's about 8.1L/100km around town to 5.1L/100km Smile That's not too shabby for a performance car... better than many economy hatchbacks.

My car gets about 600 Km from a tank that's mostly driving around town with a bit of motorway.

Best I've seen thus far is about 770 km from a tank

Oh, I have a 60L tank but when it gets filled I'v usually only used 55L.

Jessus that's bad nova Shocked

I fill up roughly every 500km - usually 50-54 litres per fill (60l tank).

Not particularly good for a 2l with VVTi.

thats terrible, buy some injector cleaner and put that in the gas tank when you fill up, might help a bit with the economy

A lot depends on how you drive it. My 1.5L Carbed Mirage wagon can be really economical if you featherfoot it but if you clog it all around the place (which doesn't actually make you go that much faster) it'll drink surprisingly heavily. The Elise is pretty economical and quick in all areas because you're shifting around the weight of a crisp packet, but even still, if you drive it nice and steadily the mileage is AMAZING.

I don't drive this car but the person who does "clogs" it - no comment.
