home page help please!

So for some strange reason when i open up internet it always goes to the same home page - being an old thread on biggie.

i have tried numourous times to fix it - deleting the home pages, adding other site as my homepage etc, but still does the same thing.

can anyone shed any light on this??

sure youre not opening an old shortcut rather than ie or ff directly?

ah huh!!! it is a shortcut!!! so small an icon though was not easy to pick up
