Can't view media at www.wwe.com (yes wrestling

To view I need latest browser, wmp and flash updates, which I have.
I have ad block turned off for the site, plus Google Toolbar and Yahoo Companion Toolbar diabled, as that supposedly blocks ads too
all ads on page are running except for ad to left of player that needs to appear for vid to play?
what could it be?
