~ HELP NEEDED -- Vote for OPSHOP in the MTV Awards ~

If you have a moment to spare please help my friend’s boyfriends band, OPSHOP win the MTV New Zealand Artist Award at the Australian MTV Awards in April this year.

“Today we got some great news.... that we have been nominated for the MTV New Zealand Artist Award for the Australian MTV Awards held in April 2008.

This is a huge honour for us, we're totally thrilled and really wanted to make sure we said thanks to you all out there!

Without you guys calling the radio and TV stations, texting, e-mailing and generally harassing them by requesting our songs we would not have had the success that 'Maybe' and 'One Day' have had.

Our album 'Second Hand Planet' has gone double-platinum and once again this wouldn't have happened without all your wonderful support.

To be nominated for the Australian MTV Awards really is amazing, and now we once again need to beg, steal and borrow as many of you as possible to vote for us, it's free... and you can vote as many times as you like, without even having to log in!!!
