mmm im freaking out chicken...three years ago i was in a relationship with a truly pyscho guy who did things to me that I wont get into ....anyway it got so bad with him stalking me that I made the decision to go to London, anyway I have seen him in town the last few times I have been out and he has tried to talk to me but I have freaked out on him and done a runner..

I recieved a letter from him today with the usual phycho babble and Im freaked out that he has made contact..

You have two options here Munky.

One (if you can handle it) is to call or write to this guy and ask him to leave you alone politely, and warn him that you will go to the police if he doesn't.

The other is to go straight to the police and have a restraining order put against him - you say "again" so I assume hes had one before - so it shouldn't be hard to get another.

hmmm.. ive been hassled before myself..

Can you tell him to just fuck off, or will this make him angry?
if ignoring him doesn't work, and he makes more contact, maybe get advice from the police, just so they are aware of him..
