Man, I feel like a blimp. Maybe it was winter that did it...but I've just looked in the mirror and all I can see is a bohemouth.

Time to join the gym again or not eat for the next year.

Just gotta be so careful and make good choices when it comes to buying food. It's so easy and cheap to eat badly.

I've got the reverse problem. I haven't trained properly in about 4 or 5 months. And I'm wasting away.

Work is organising some cheaper memberships, and i grabbed a couple of free passes, so I will get in there when I shake this cold.

I've packed on the weight since I moved here... almost 10 kilos! I'm well chuffed!
