Now I know "Hardcore will never die" an all that, but its kinda weird the recent rise and rise of hardcore in the city.

As an outlet for getting the underagers into the music, maybe its a good idea. Old skool hardcore was pretty random and indisciplined as a sound, which is what was so cool about it.

Do they still produce it???

Ah yes, I have that tune somewhere on MP3.

The scariest halloween gabber track I have is "Poltergeist" by Dr Macabre. The synths in that tune are harrowing. It's not fast - quite slow in fact - but insanely evil. Incidentally, he also does trance under the Lunatic Asylum moniker.

Gabber is like any hard music - it can cause people to get angry jsut like metal/industrial/drum n bass etc.

Looking forward to dusting off my old hardcore at the Gatehring though Smile
