hands free/ car kits - good bad ugly?

I had a look at the blue ant ones the other day and prices vary a hell of a lot. Might settle for the bare minimum and go for the S1.

Yeah, my old boss has a Blue Ant, one of those ones that you stick to your sun visor. Never had any problems with it
