Half year reflections

Seeing we're half way through 2010 it's be interesting to know if you are on track with where you thought you'd be (eg new years resolutions or life plans)

And do you have any plans/goals to fulfil by end of 2010?

It's been a load of bloody rubbish so far!

Been very fucking hard. If it wasn't all for something (that itself is going very well thank you) I'd say it was a pretty shit year. I'm mildly happy though just for the direction.

I think so. I don't really make new years reso's or anything. I have a new title at my work which is one thing I was hoping for. (hopefully the dosh follows)
I'd like to get onto doing a bit more of the extra curricular activities that I wanted to do. like a picture framing course and stuff. So I gotta kick myself up the ass to do that.
And ploughing on with reading - as I've really let that go. Damn TV and internets sucking my time.
Looking forward to travelling end of next year. So I guess that's my next main goal.

It's been fucking insane! So far the best year in a very long time In January we were incredibly broke and terrified at the prospect of becoming parents and having to move back to South Auckland from Melbourne because we weren't sure we could do it.

We booked plane tickets home and then the opportunity to open the boys dream restaurant was literally handed to us on a plate, so our move home ended up being a holiday (and a great sigh of relief that we weren't gonna have to move back).

We're now proud parents to a super fricken awesome and cute baby boy and the restaurant is opening in 8 weeks. So yes. It's on track, albeit a little harder than we thought but the best year ever

Goals by end of the year? hmmmm get more than two hours sleep at one time

next on the cards though is to buy a house

I cant believe it is halfway through already... every day/week/month seems to drag on but be over in a flash with still having a crap load to get done.

However, I'm married, taken on a lot of stuff I enjoy at work and about to go travelling again for the good part of a month and to places I havent been before.

Yes, this year is just flashing by!

I'm married, studying something I'm passionate about and getting fit. Pretty happy with the halfway checkpoint

yip pretty much on track.... my job is going amazingly well and i've kinda been moulding it to exactly what i wanted to do - all should be officiall soon.
moved into my own place which i'm loving
have almost quit smoking after a few attempts - its been harder than i thought but i'm getting there

The first years are still hot and willing. Life is good. :>

On track? hard to say, seen as though i thought i was going to be living in Sydney all year, but am now in the philippines of all places. Job wise, this year has gone well, i had 3 months off work. Now have a good position at a company run by a mad man, so even though it's a good title to have.. job security is up in the air constantly.

I've had an interesting and fun first half year at least though... with a promising 2nd half.

PLans to fulfill by end of year is either, finish my new contract here - do well, have fun, travel around asia, and save money before heading back to Sydney at beginning of next year. Or leave here soon, move back to sydney, settle in and get a good job there. Hopefully i will fulfill one of the two goals.

Yeah its been all gravey. Moved to Melbourne for first 3 months of the year.. didnt really like it so back to Sydney which has been great! Fantastic new Job/Flat/Sexual Partners, so everything is going well. I seem to be like a cat, always landing on my feet..

Yeah has been mostly positive...

Our music is really taking off... work has been great, another raise this year. And got to have a life changing holiday in the USA. Plus going to be an Uncle.

The negatives are that chch can be a bit small at times. But that doesn't seem to bring me down that often.

So all and all very cool.

waitin for exam results so not too sure at this stage. right now not as confident as I'd like.

Pretty damn sweet here, bar one or two annoyances which will be done and dusted with soon

My chickens are finally giving me their eggs, and theres been plenty of sick waves. So yeah not too bad.
