Most of my friends go to this wicked kiwi chick called Katie. Her salon is near Liverpool street station.
The number is 02073771279. Prices were pretty reasonable from what I can remember- but I only had a cut.

I go to Liverpool St too, Charles Worthington. Had my hair cut in the weekend and it cost £47 including blow wave. It works a bit differently over here - you pay different prices depending on the level of experience. I get mine done by Russell, he's quick, doesn't chew your ear off with mindless dribble and very professional. ph 0207 6380 802.

ohh great, so what level is he on???? in terms on quality?

He is somewhere in the middle. One of the directors was in the £60's. But on second thoughts the salon is really hard to find and I think you would have trouble finding it (it's kind of part of the Virgin Active gym down some stairs but there is no signage - even from the outside). You could go to one of their salons more down your way, or else Eleven Hair near Bond St is very good. Think you'd like it, very stylish - cuts were about £65ish or thereabouts. 020 7491 2390.

There is no one greater than Mo. I promise you.

M&M Hair Academy in South Ealing by the tube station. I've been going to him for 5 years...since I first came to London...and he has the touch of gold - male or female.

His wife Margaret has the colour skills, but for the cut, it's all about Mo. Smokin' daughter too. Don't tell him I said that.

OMG YAY

Just returned from 2.5 hours in the hair dresser and IM SOOOOO HAPPY!!

I actually got it cut and coloured by Margaret (Mo's wife) as she said he tends to like shorter hair and may cut more off than what you want!

She is amazing, i left the colour up to her and she stuck a full head of highlights in, copper, dark brown and chocolate! I thought it was going to be a tad to light but NOPE, perfect!

She then blow dried it, straightened it and cut it in the style we had discussed!

I left feeling amazing and will def be returning for as long as im in London!

They even let you go back as often as you need to get your fringe trimmed for free! No appointment necessary!

THANKS SO MUCH GREENIE, you get a big smooch next time i see you!!

YEA, gotta love a new hair do!

Very Happy Pink Winky Very Happy

well that'll be the most action I've had in 3 months Laughing

They have always been the best value in London...really, as good as anywhere you can find in the city I think.

I suppose you can always repay me sometime by going over my food logs for my endurance running. But glad I could help!
