Perosnally I dislike when people smoke on the dance floor. First of all ciggys are not glowsticks, rings or whatever. Secondly I've been burnt so many fucking times by some idiot flailing a smoke around. At Siren's release party way back when I almost took one to the eye.

every one has forgotten the "dJ" you know the one where they try to look as tho they are mixing, the bouncers who manage to take up a whole dance floor as they bounce on their heels along the length of it! the bus driver, the latin dancer, the go go dancer (chicks normally, but i have seen a few guys do it to) the line dance, and my personal favourite, teh circle dance where a group of about 20 people dance in a circle & take up more room than 20 people can!!

But then theres the race car driver (worse is the bus driver), the line dance has so many variations (especially on speed to a hard house set (LOOK OUT)) and the running man.

Stacking and restacking boxes has always been a favourite of mine.
Quite often though i really don`t know what i am doing and need to rely on observer friends to tell me what it looked like. Driving or being a steam train is another favourite.

Actually the Drunken Master is the shit, the trick is to not actually be pissed or you'll fall over. Then give the impression that you're pissed and struggling for balance but dance so bad ass in a Kung Fu Drunken Master sorta way that those around you know that you not pissed. I saw a guy at 76 doing this once, have my own varaition but it's a lot different as stealing anothers dance moves without bringing anything to it is wrong.
