Good Mp3 WMA mixer?

Im pretty amateur at mixing and making cd's, just wondering if anyone knows of a good program for mixing mp3 and wma? one that isnt highly techincal to use but offers good number of functions.

IMO mixmeister is best for laying down a cd fast. Traktor is the best for live mixing with just a computer.
