You can only 'bulk' up if you are spending a good 1-2 a day really focusing on muscle groups, and eating in surplus for muscle gain.
Holy cow a hundred reps. I would have thought high reps on any given exercise would be something like 16, 12, 10, 10 = 48 total
What's a good 1-2 a day?
I think of low reps as something like 6 a set or less.
