interestingly enough, the AMG E55 wagon is faster in a straight line than the sedan - more weight over the wheels gives it better grip off the line.

that is interesting, I wonder if there is much of a total weight difference wagon to sedan

4wd means quicker off the line but over all slower trap speed

However you can get the ECU out of the RS6, send it to Aussie and they'll send it back with another 50 or so Kilowatts on tap, nice

yeah having said all that, id prob be happier to own an E55 AMG, the reason being it is both forced induction AND rear wheel drive, sounds like a lot more fun. Mt father-in-law has a SL55 AMG but, alas, im still waiting for my first drive
