FRAGILE STYLES kicks off its June edition bringing your discerning ears the Phattest Funk, Hip-Hop, Breaks and Bass about…
For this edition we welcome Wellingtons Breaks supremo DJ DUNSTA.

With over 10 years behind the decks Dunsta is a stalwart of NZ’s Dance scene where presently he hosts two shows on Radio Active 89fm in Wellington and is a current resident at Sandwiches.
Dunsta has been a staple main stage act at Phat 05,06,07,08,09 as well as all major New Zealand festivals where his style is diverse and he’s not afraid to mix up genres to give the party what it needs and incorporating elements of techno, electro, house and hip-hop in his sets.
Over the last couple of years Dunsta has stepped into the studio with a close friend, Agent Alvin with some killer results! This has lead to The Autobots picking up a couple of tracks for their BROKE label which received DJ support from breakbeats finest including Breakfastaz, The Freestylers Screwface, Ctrlz & The Autobots. Check one of the hardest working DJs in New Zealand.

Alongside DUNSTA will be Fragile Styles resident DJ and Regular Breaks Badbwoy SHORTKUTZ who will be dropping his bass heavy blend of breakeats which have seen him open for some of the biggest acts across the Hip-Hop, Breaks and DnB scenes over the last 8 yrs including…. Babu & Rakaa (Dilated Peoples), London Elektricity, Noisia, Skool of Thought, Freq Nasty, Aquasky… incl a whole host of international breakbeat heavyweights. Expect a bass heavy set spanning phat funk and ol' skool hip hop through to breakbeat and dubstep.

El Pasko is part of CHCH's infamous DOLLA MIX KRU who have been running Hip-Hop in Grid city from their Radio Show on CHCH's RDU 98.5fm... Expect a swag of fresh beats on the funk and hip-hop tip from DJ El Pasko…BIG THINGS are coming from this man…
