sooo rent ... well it is $250 - this includes a carpark ... excludes bills ... if you dont want the carpark tho .. will just make someone else rent that and it would be $50 -$75 off your weekly bill ... (power is monthly and around $50 - $100, and water/gas is charge quarterly and is like $100 - $150)
I have sky and internet too ... but we will need to possibly look at other internet options when currently flattie moves (he is going over the ditch - TRAITOR! hehe)
You save heaps of money where transport is concerned.... there is the link that take you almost anywhere centrally, and well CBD like the mecca of bus and taxi tings....
I dont mind living with couples but just keep your PDA at light simmer ...
Ideally just looking for someone that puts dishes straight in the dishwasher ... i.e. no dish holidays in the sink! haha!
