flash movie in html frame only loading once

having trouble with the following.
I am looling at making a website that has the following
banner with small intro and the buttons in flash for the top of the page, and have it on each html page, but my problem is I dont want the whole banner.swf replaying for each page, only the first page (index)
Hope this makes sense?

basically the concept is similiar to that of this site http://www.slinky.co.uk/ see how the menu (which is placed into a html frame) slides into place in the begining then the buttons load so when you click on the button it calls a different page into the middle, thats wot I'm talking about so basically the menu is going to always be there.

dude, use iframes - they are solid & easy to implement.
