Hi! I keep reading that gluten is bad for you. Wasn't going to do anything about it.. BUT.. for Fathers Day (last month in England) I got a SD2500 WXC Panasonic Gluten-free Breadmaker breadmaker and started to experiement with gluten-free bread baking... It may be psychosomatic, but I do feel a bit better in the guts department!

Anyone else have gluten-free experiences? By the way, the Breadmaker's great for getting consistent results... used to do it by hand and the results ranged from mediocre to piss-poor!!

Pretty sure gluten is only bad for you if you're gluten intolerant! But yeah it does seem to be beneficial for a lot of people.

Given the blatant product placement I'm pretty sure you're a bot.

Posterboy for gluten free diet = Novak Djokovic.

He went from being the 'almost' guy, often losing because of fitness issues, to having one of the most dominant 6 months in tennis history.

All because he cut out those naughty glutens?

Well... and got a new sports doctor. Eastern European one too if that adds any other implications.
