Are there any other exercise freaks in here besides me. Not that I'm calling myself a freak hehe.

I run 6 days a week, swim 4, do press-ups, sit-ups, walk everyday, and ride a bike (mountain and road), plus dance for hours on end.

it shows!!! i'm too 'i can't be fucked i'll do it tomorrow'
[quote]
ooooooooohhhhhhhh now ya talking. I'm a bit of a gym freak (minus the muscle head ego).

I weight train and do cardio 5 days a week at Les Mills. When I was cutting down I was doing 10 cardio sessions a week which combined with eating fuk all carbs wasn't much fun (lost 10kgs in 8 weeks tho!)

Now I'm addicted to cardio as well as the lifting, but I'm trying to cut down 'cause combined with dancing I'm losing too much weight!

yay for exercise!!, I feel like shit if I don't get my daily fix!

Good to see you haven't got the 'muscle head ego' - know exactly what you mean! yeah I'm with you on feeling like shit if I dont do any exercise - I do the gym, run, swim etc but not quite as often as you Sunshine I dont think! But you inspire me to go harder by the minute!!!!!
[quote]
hehe yeah had an awesome run today at lunch, the sun came out, it was nice.. Exercise is good.
[quote]
god I WISH I could be an exercie freak, I am way to lazy in the exercise stakes!! I'm always like "ahhh tomorrow i'll go for a run" It's always tomorrow...
[quote]
So nice to have a high in the middle of your day, after a good run. I'm still buzzing.
[quote]
I do know why you mean I used to go for runs at lunch time and always felt brillant for the rest of the afternoon , the only thing putting me off now is the fact that I have to sit there with a red fac at work for like 2 hours afterwards cause i;m so unfit Smile
[quote]
Hehe, everyone on my floor comes back red faced after their runs, all good to have a nice glow. Smile
[quote]
yeh I'm a bit of a yoga freak: 5 sessions a week usually and a couple of pump classes to balance out my flexibility. plus I walk an hour a day.
I used to swim at lunchtimes at Thorndon pool in summer but looked too stupid with panda-goggle eyes in the afternoon...
[quote]
sheeeesh! I am feeling REALLY lazy now Sad ok I am starting my new years resolution of going for 4 runs and doing 3 pump classes a week. AND not eating shit food
[quote]
lol so Ill throw the paddlepop out should I ???
[quote]
My fingers get sore after exercising them on Biggie. Could someone please make a biggie finger stretching guide, I think we all need one.
[quote]

I go to Les Mills 5 times a week - Body Pump on Mon, Wed and Fri and Body Attack on Tue and Thursdays. Plus, I walk a 20 minute walk from my car to work, plus I sometimes go for a two hour walk when I get home.

I've recently changed my eating too... complex carbs in the morning (breakfast cerial and toast and stuff like that), fats, carbs and vitamins for morning tea and lunch (cheese on crackers, biscuits, pasta, rice, veges, fruit etc...) Afternoon tea is simple carbs (fruit and sugar things...) ***Gym work out*** dinner is protien (protien powder drink and low fat milk things and steemed veges, and then usually v8 vege juice for supper...

Is this good? I have created this diet my self, but am not sure if its good. Someone in the know tell me please! Yay!
[quote]
hey, club I have probably seen you in a pump class at Les then cuase that's my gym too. haven't been too much lately though but am going to get back into it!!

[quote]
Well umm I used to run six days a week untill I decided I'm too slight as it is so I've cut it down to 4 days a week same for the gym/pool. I walk everywhere. My goal at the moment is to get my 10,000m time back to myb personal best of 27.32.84 and try and make it to the next Commonwealth Games though I wanna see how my knees hold out as with the amount of training and shit they were getting really hammered for a while. Also lots of fanatical dancing is also worthwhile

Hey jeff what's the NZ record for 10,000m's. My goal for this year is to run under 19 for 5km (pb 19.13), under 40 for 10 km, under 1.35 for 21km and under 3.30 for 42k.

We will see eh!!!

Oh and under 20 for 1.5km swim PB 20.15.
