There's also 'I Scored a Goal' which I thought was part of this but is obviously separate since it's not on the list. It's playing on ESPN right now and covers the goals scored in every World Cup final going back to 1950. Quite an interesting format as it's as though every game is being played simultaneously and jumps between the games as the goals are scored as they interview goal scorers and opposition players about what that moment meant for them.

Geoff Hurst was quite funny too, with time up Bobby Moore whacked the ball forward and he had a clear run on goal (this when England were 3-2 up), he said he intended to run it down as close to the goal as he could before smashing it into the stands because by the time they got the ball back the game would be over. He hit it left footed without really aiming and it ended up in the top corner of the goal, thus scoring the only hat trick in the World Cup Final. Quite funny to hear a player admit to that when no one had ever suggested he didn't mean to score.

Also Sir Alf Ramsay's team talk after the Germans had equalised to take it into extra time was fairly legendary according to Martin Peters (the other English goalscorer). He walked over told Bobby Charlton to get up and demaned the players stay on their feet to show the Germans they were strong (the German's were buggared and all lying down) then he said you've just won this match once, go out there and win it again.

So far have watched:
Straight Outta LA
The U
June 17 1994
Trial of Allen Iverson

All really really good. Particually rated Straight Outta LA, it's directed by Ice Cube, and draws paralells between the rising popularity of the Raiders in LA, and the time NWA started the trend of wearing Raiders merch. Esp the bit where merch sales went from something like 300m/yr to 3 BILLION/yr.

Have virtually all of the others waiting there to watch too. Reminded me to grab Two Escobars. (Note Escobars is playing at NZFF)
