Editing mp3 metadata

I want to add album artwork to a mix Ive just finished. Ive converted it from wav to mp3 but I cant seem to be able to edit the metadata.

Anybody know any good software for this?

Does anyone know if you can extract the image from an mp3 if you download it and it has album art (pic for the icon) for use when printing a cd label and what not?

I just found out a way to do this if anyone is interested...

In itunes if you go 'get info' on the mp3 there is a tab on the far right called artwork which you can copy it from.
