EZ, TIGER!
This just in from the small but volatile world of ecstasy testing kits on the net:
Over a year ago, Dancesafe (a US non-profit organisation distributing ecstasy testing kits) accidently released dancesafe.com to the market. EZ-Test (a commercial site) bought it and has it pointed to their site, which suggests cheekily sound business sense but questionable ethics. Dancesafe say that EZ-Test have consistently refused requests to return the url. Dancesafe are in the process of filing a claim with a domain name dispute service, and are pretty sure they are going to win.
EZ-Test have also come under fire from Dancesafe for the quality of their kits. EZ-Test claim their kits contain 10ml of reagent and test 300 times. When Dancesafe bought 4 of the kits, they contained only 5ml only tested about
25 times, because the aperture on the bottle was so large that 5 or 6 drops poured out when the bottle was turned upside down.
