We are 2 professional girls and are looking for a easygoing professional male aged 25-35 to share our house with us. Must be housetrained!

House - The house is under 4 years old so everything is nice and new. Its a 3 storey townhouse situated in a gated mews (so nice and secure) and there is car parking available. The house is spacious with a nice separate kitchen / dining area, good sized living area opening out into a sunny yard (well only in summer!). House has all mod cons. A must see!

Room - Large room with double bed, chest of drawers and two double wardrobes PLUS your own bathroom with shower / bath and toilet.  

We are 5 mins walk to Brentford train station (28mins to Waterloo, 15mins to Putney, 20mins to Clapham) and just a few mins walk to bus connections into Ealing/Richmond/Chiswick (all about 10mins bus ride) plus 5mins bus ride to South Ealing Station (Picadilly Line).

Rent is £520 per month plus bills and bond is £720

Available from 15th December

p.s. The lease is renewed in January so you would be put on then. You will have to pay a fee to Townends for the reference check service.
