Dooshes in Ed Hardy shirts or jeans with a bluetooth headset is much, much worse.

It is one of the rare cases when wearing a cellphone on a belt pouch would probably improve the overall look.

Its really common in the US (San Fran and Seattle anyway) and it means its hard to tell the actual crazies from the other douche bags as you cant tell if they're talking to real or imagined people.
