Do I need an Amp?

Upgrading my crappy audio factory system but on a budget. Thinking of going for 4 x 6" setup with no amp. Is it ok to run 4 speakers just from a headdeck or do i need an amp?

If you get a decent 50x4 headunit, then no need for an amp at all. Would be a waste of money.

hmmmm Im no expert, nor experienced with 6inch speakers.. however i bought some cheap Panasonic ones from super cheap auto, only being because panasonic is a well trusted quality brand and they where cheap, being from super cheap auto, i dont think it really matters 2 much with such a small speaker, only really need to start worring about brands and quality when you get amps and subs... = ) But do stick to well knowen brands, they may be a bit more but they are definatlly worth it. =)
