Yup saw him 6 years ago here in Sao Paulo Brasil many times.... and he was playing at a party here last month, but I only saw from a distance.
Hes pretty innovative though... He has one track thats quite old that Ive always wanted to ID. Its got these indian children (like Yanomami or something) singing in the breakdown. Really nice vibe!
Pretty sure hes never been to NZ.
