DJ looking for a flat

Gonna be homeless in a couple of weeks, my flatties are off to Europe (lucky buggers), so I'm looking for a new flat. Preferably somewhere not too far from town but I've got a car so doesn't matter too much. Somewhere I can play music (hard trance/hard house) during the day (not too loud, honest) would be good. Planning on getting into production in the near future so like-minded flatties would be even better. Don't smoke but don't care if you do, no hard-out munters tho!
