Dirty Dc Choon name please

I wish I could post this under a different name but oh well. Can\'t remember where I heard it but I was mashed and it has stuck with me, It has a vocal line
`Hear comes the souljah\'
I can\'t remeber anything else about it, not even sure if it\'s a house choon, I\'m a bit worried that I got it in the collection at home but can\'t pin point it. Please help it\'s drivin gme batty

It\'s a deep black mans voice, it\'s spoken not sung.
This is why I don\'t listen to the radio so I don\'t die wondering what that choon was

does it possibly have a loop somewhere in it
