DENTAL TREATMENT

Went to the Dentist yesterday in West Ealing (London) for my 1st of 3 visits for a root canal.
Each visit is only going to cost me £20.00 !!!!!!!!!!!!

Total of £60.00 for a root canal!

I got quoted over $700.00 for one root canal back in Wellington.

At this price I might aswell get all my teeth looked and and fixed.

Yeah bro, and you know once you've registered with a GP, your visits are free, and if its something more complicated and they refer you to a specialist at the hospital, the waiting lists aren't too long and thats all free as well?

In Japan a visit to the dentist costs about $30. But u have to go back 3 times and their offices look like they havent been touched since the mid 80s

I just had three wisdom teeth pulled out in Melbourne and it cost me twoand a half gs...ouchy

I had an xray, clean and polish plus two fillings when I was living in London and it was about 13 pounds. NZ sucks how you have to pay for everything. My dentist was in Harringay where I lived and he was really good but rambled on all the time and it used to take an hour to get anything done!

For a nation with such manky teeth (generally speaking) England (U.K in general) have one of the best and cheapest dental services in the world...you don't pay jack shit if you have a british passport.

Someone was telling me just the other day, a Scottish geezer that works with them, cause the dental care is free over there for residents/passport holders, and the gross amount of work his teeth required, it was cheaper for him to fly back to Scotland and have the work done than it was to just pay for that work here! MADNESS!!!

I got Quoted £250 a tooth to get my wisdom teeth out. I need all 4 done. woohoo

Make sure you get knocked out! I did and then i slept til the next day, woke up looking like a chipmunk....Kenny ken, SS, Twisted Individual, KillKela were on so i munched some Panadeine forte and packed my ice back and off i went...dont take e straight after...chewed up cheeks when swollen...tragic...but fun and the best way to get over it!
