Defcon 1 plays a funky party style of breaks. Never afraid to dips his toes into something a little harder but the funk is strong with this one.

His set at Resolution was truly something to behold. He took over from Rob Salmon (while respect is most definitely due to the Rob, his is not a high tempo kinda style) and took the crowd from plodding deep house into the realms of the unknown thru massive party cuts and some of the freshest funkiest breakbeats that I have ever heard. It certainly influenced me, seeing this guy play several times in the last couple of years. A big. big, big recommendation from me is to check this motherfucker out!!

Of course at Resolution I had to keep it real to the breaks massive.
