Danny Dance previews his debut Dance Is A Feeling Records release: Dancing In Miami (WMC 2012 EP), featuring four funky, chunky, bassline-driven gems in the unique production style Danny's come to be known for. 'My Little Weakness' starts the dance party with a percussion-driven tale of that perfect little weakness we all share: House Music. The second song amps up the funk and the tempo with a crooning, smooth rendition on 'Shining (Part 1)'. Switching the pace on the third track, Danny drops 'Making Sure', a real feel-good vocal stomper with a message. The EP comes full circle by returning to its percussive origins on 'Inside My World', a tense Latin number that will leave more than a few dance floors sweaty.

Hey guys, I'm editing Dance Is A Feeling Episode 003 (will post soon) with some more drills on the Shuffle step, but here are a few quick updates on the music:

1) I posted an 8-minute Promo vid with previews of Danny Dance - Dancing In Miami (WMC 2012 EP)



2) "Shining (Part 1)" is sitting at #52 in the Traxsource Jackin' House Top 100 as of now...let's push it into the 40s! Make love, not war!

3) "My Little Weakness" has been featured #1 in this week's Traxsource Essential 20 Jackin' Chart and #29 in this week's Traxsource Hype Chart. Wish it luck!

Hey guys, massive hello...can't believe it's been a whole month since the last release! WMC of course threw a bit of a monkey wrench in the schedule, but it was definitely a gamechanger for me—seeing the new and returning artists, and how the underground culture is doing, inspired me to work harder on my follow-up EP, which is coming out this Friday on Traxsource on my record label "Dance Is A Feeling Records"! Thanks for buying my last one if you did!

Miami-based house music artist "Danny Dance" returns with "Follow the Feeling EP", the second release on his new label, Dance Is A Feeling Records. The concept album traces the vibe of a typical day for the young artist: the chilled-out, morning-fueled Deep Funky House "7 Twenty-Six" gives way to the titular Soulful Funky House "Follow the Feeling", a song whose "medium-is-the-message" appeal explores the driving force and "wille zur macht" behind Danny's vision and music productions, while making a subtle commentary on the money-over-feeling state of the mainstream music industry. The third track, "After the Day", amps up the energy with a hard-hitting Funky Tech House bassline and melodic violin-and-synth combo that will leave you humming along as your day comes to an end and the night begins. Lastly, the EP ends with a major bang on the uber-Funky House "She Said Move It", a monstrous peak-hour floor-filler that will undoubtedly make you do exactly that—move it—as you head off into the night in search of the feeling.

Danny Dance takes a dance break from making beats and pays a visit to the world-famous Hard Rock Cafe, where he house dances in a spontaneous hand-in-the-pocket routine and highlights several sub-movements in House Dancing.

The song in the video is "Shining (Part 1)" from my last EP.
