damn needle on the record!

Just got the mexican vs harry diamond 'spectrum - heavy duty hard mix', and its a wicked tune, but everytime i cue it up the needle jumps. Its the only tune (that i have) that does that, and my solution seems to be having to gently hold the tone arm down as i cue over the beat.

Does anyone have an idea on how to solve this problem, cause i dont really want to have to hold down the tone arm all the time (god knows what that does to the needle)?

Dont cue up so much on the record just hold it and let it go rather than going back and forward over the beat. Or cue up further into the track. Ive got tunes that do that and its the way the start of the track is cut so theres nothing else you can do.
