Hey guys

I dont have a car at the mo so the gym is out for me (damn) andy way I thought the best way around this may be to get a cross trainer for home.

What are the good brands...is it best to hire or buy?
What should I look out for.

I need something low impact so running is out unfortunately.

Cheers : ) looking forward to some great tips.

Prob going to cost you about $30 more a month to have one of these at home.

You want something with different levels on it, not a manual one where you have to turn a knob to make it harder. The guys at fitness works know their stuff though, they will tell you what you need Smile

They are usually around $30 a week so quite pricey.
