ive recently started a new job and there cover three states in australia... unfortunately there has never been a database kept on the clients.
can anyone recommend a crm software package that will help me record details of my client visits, the sales i put through, any other little client relationshippy type information etc.
this wont be a company-wide rollout as most of the sales staff are agents and keep a firm grip on their contacts and relationships. this is just something for me to use to keep track of my clients and to make it easy for whoever takes over from me in the future.
