Cracker Dawn

What a cranking morning spent at the Staircase on Sunday Morning for Cracker Dawn.

Has Sinners closed down because Im sure that most of the people who normally go to sinners were there.

Hats off to Cracker for a truely wicked set (someone said he played there for 6 hours after playing 5 hours @ cue & 3 @ bEd) and also to Glen the barman who single handedly ran the bar.

Someone told me it closed at about 2pm is that right?
Did any other Biggies turn up? I think there were a couple there - recognised a few from biggie photos.

I haven't been for a wee while, but Cracker is wicked and the staircase is a great venue for a Sunday morning. Sinners is dodgy and revolting.

I was there for a while. Only about half an hour until 9:30am when I went home to sleep. A few people came across from Sinners as the sound was crapping out in there, only a couple of the speakers were going.

It did rock moo - u should have come up it was an awesome morning - I left at about 1pm - Cracker was still going hard!

Saw quite a few biggies there - Fish, Harvey, Dr J, Matt, plus a few others - was a wicked turn out.

Is this the new place for sunday morning clubbing on K Rd now???

i have never been to sinner but taking everybodies advice im not going there thanks guys !

Dawn was rockin', stayed there till 2pm with Cosmo, Amp.lified and Kowski and then went to Nice N Urlich at Okahu Bay. Wicked day, phoar

I like Staircase for Dawn, I think they're onto a winner. Don't usually like Case as a venue but it's pretty good for Dawn. And sounds good. And Cracker, jeez he rocks!

sinners is yucky...it's all dark damp and horrible in there! =]

yeah i must say i got a hold of crackers cd 'dawn' and very impressed!!! (thanks must go to jill m-jillybeanz i think) so can't wait to listen to a live set!!!

i'm a south island biggie who has been living with the wgtn massive for two years so looking forward to meeting a few of the auckland crew and getting to listen to some large doses of internationals that often don't make it below the bombay's!!!
