i started a few months ago, got techics 1200s on hp for about $1200 each, spent $250 on head phones, $250 on cartridges/styli (i think?), $800 on a mixer & i spend about $100-$250 a fortnight on records.
it's not exactly cheap but i figure i would of blown that money on other crap anyway!
