Combining an exchange server and 'personal' outlook data fl.

So, new job and there is a Exchange server in place for the email.

Work phone also syncs to the Exchange, mail on phone, ya-de-da...

However. Using my laptop at the moment, and would still like to have my personal contacts (which generally cross over anyhow) and calendar/task entries to also sync.

At the moment, it ends up merging the two sets of data on the phone, and then also copying the information over to both the exchange and the personal data file, i.e. I now have all my contacts double entered on both my personal contacts list and the exchange server.

Don't think the phone will deal with two separate (Samsung i325) data file / sync profiles, so looking for another workable solution...

Ideas?

Ideally, I guess, I would like a common set of contacts and calendar/tasks, and just have separate Email for my two profile/logons..
