Cheating in sports

A guy used fins in the swim portion of ironman florida, got stopped by a race marshall, gave a wrong number, then continued to race, then did new york marathon the next day with a sign on his back saying he did ironman florida the day before.

ironman is a 3.8km swim, 180km bike, marathon btw...

good stuff man! was it a good event to be part of?

Hell yeah. Great crowd, a tough course but you can't beat running on the 59th Street bridge into Manhattan, staring at the Empire State and Chrysler Buildings or running up 2nd Avenue between 16-20miles with a huge crowd cheering you on - in fact for the second half of the race it pretty much didn't thin out at all.

I definitely will do it again next year if I can get a place.
