Car Stereo help!!

I'm looking at buying my boy a car stereo for xmas, and i have NO idea about them. I'm being a little cheap this year and don't really want to paymore than $200 for it.
It has to be black, and have a CD player in that is the only requirement i need.
Can you suggest a store or Website or product that may be able to help me out...and also does clarion make good car stereos?

Clarion makes excellent headunits but they are more pricey. If your after a bargain i suggest if in Auckland visit parallel imported, they are on the North Shore and in East Tamaki. Other suggestion is check trademe, there are a few dealers on there that have good prices
For $200 mark you would probably be looking at Kenwood, Panasonic and Sony.
