Car bonnet problem...

Does anyone know how to open a car bonnet that wont open??
I kind of bumped into a Lada before xmas, and i can't believe that i haven't opened the bonnet since then, but it's possible...

there still should be a latch underneath you could wiggle....a wiggle always helps me!

a wiggle fixes everything but no - had some nice young man at the service station try and help too... but no luck
