Canon G10

but note that, "the G10 no longer shoots "HD" video. The G9 could shoot video at 1024 x 768 pixels at 15 fps. The G10 shoots a maximum 640 x 480 pixels at 30fps. The G10 does not have the G9’s time lapse options either."

I guess theyre trying to push their 5dmII (which is awesome btw)

I have a hd video camera already but its a shame i cant use my slr lenses on it. HD fisheye is pretty mean.

15 megapixels in a compact camera is way too many. 4 or 6 is good.

sure, but it doesnt hurt, the reviews say its not dslr quality pixels but its close and much better than before.

Still doesnt do low light as well as dslr but that is to be expected.

Have a G9 myself and was surprised at just how good the video quality was. Such a great camera, even better when you get it from a mate that works at Canon
