It is happening, Paradise is open for business, there has been a lot of media frenzy over this, but the fact is the council are keen to keep the club happening, the police want the club going, just there was some confusion over capacity - especially since you'd assume since Insomnia had a few hundred folks at some of it's events they'd have gotten the shit - so it looks like there's someone out to harm the venue. The legal capacity is fine to hold a good gig, the pussies gig was packed beyond that, but I guess mainly it was some policeman with a bee up his ass.
