re steak, i've eaten 500g steaks a few times and that's about the limit. Quality over quantity, definitely.
I fucking love brussel sprouts...steam them, then finish off in a fry pan with bacon, butter and garlic...they're fucking yum...though I wouldn't comp eat them, they get pretty strong tasting after 6-8 of them.
Agree on the quality thing, I hate over eating, makes me feel like crap...steak as a main meal with some kind of veges on the side, 300g is more than enough...200g even really. Would be able to do 500g if not paired up with chips and crap, but I'd rather not...
