Over the new years i was up north(past coopers beach) and we went to this wicked beach in the middle of no where and when we got there we saw three new really flash looking helicopters, they wern't your typical scenic ones these were jet black with tinted windows. What makes this really wierd is that the had no markings on them at all.
They flew around for about 10 mins then took off.
Now I think this is strange. Dodgy americans maybe?
Any ideas? Conspiracy theories welcome

Oh dear. The Four are on the move again.

Who? west life?
[quote]
It's Tiger woods and his posse. Quick, call the media...
[quote]
Maybe it's Lab4 looking for the Gathering...

Seriously, they were Larry Ellison's, I believe. (top guy in Oracle, and bloody rich).

He had his superyacht cruise ship thingymabob (non nautical person here) parked up in the Bay of Islands. It was in Paihia, and it was the 'big news' there. *groans*

Sorry, to destroy any conspiracy theories? Well, unless I'm entirely wrong. Very Happy

I liked transtemporal's doomsday prophecy personally hehe

Three rings for the elven kings under the sky....

Hmm, although they weren't exactly evil enough to be all black. Or in helicopters. Bah, I'm just trying to show off my LoTR geekiness.

*gives up*

Don't the Navy have black unmarked Helicoptors?
[quote]
Yeah, quite possibly. That's probably more likely as I doubt Larry could fit three helicopters on his boat, now I think about it. Smile
[quote]
Yea but the Navy can't afford shiny new helicopters.... Larry on the other hand can
[quote]
hahaha, nice one cauld. Maybe Larry's spying...
[quote]
Just wondering.. Does Larry have any daughters over the age of 18??

I'm sure I could impress them with my knowledge of Oracle. Wink
[quote]
Hahaha, they'd probably just wanna know if you've got any whizz.
[quote]
THEY'D want to know if DAVE had any whizz? More likely the other way round! I might have a chance too. I know that Oracle 9i is 'unbreakable'. Hee hee.

No no, The Four don't exist. Pretend I didn't say anything. Dum dee dum.
[quote]
Haha, funny you mention the 'four'. Been readin' about the apocalypse today, just ever so briefly. Ho ho ho.
[quote]
LOL @ transtemporal ...unbreakable *giggles madly*

I might have to get around to having a play with 9i sometime. I've got 9i Enterprise edition for Sun Solaris, Compaq True64 and Microsoft Windows (ick!) sitting beside me at the moment.
[quote]
I'm not thinking of that particular Four voice but of course, they don't exist, so just disregard that last sentence!

Yeah Harvey, I was pretty impressed by Oracle's claim that 9i was unbreakable until that David Litchfield guy discovered a common buffer overflow exploit. Oops!
[quote]
I learnt my lesson with regard to unbreakable claims when the titanic sunk. There is no such thing as unbreakable!
[quote]
Haha, I assume, Dave, you were a valiant survivor of the aforementioned 'breaking'. Smile

Oh, well fucked if I know which four you were talking about. I guess I must just be obsessed with the four riders of the apocalypse.
