not a big fan of this mix to be honest, sounds like breaks

twas a little poppy and too full of vocals for my tastes..

but house was built on vocals!

It's definitely disco-ish in a few places, I kinda liked it, no idea who it is but it sounds so similar (stylewise) to that mix that Ange posted on here a few weeks back.

There's nothing wrong with a decent vocal, so long is it aint stoopid shit like "ooh baby, Ill follow you, your the one, la de da, booty ya ya".

Now look at some of DT's stuff, Dj Sneak, a ton of french stuff (a good portion of french vox is shit too), MAW etc.
I dont mind boy loves girl vox, so long as it aint cheese.
The same with "house music" vocals, if its a deep referance to the love of the music, its all good.
Look at the vox on Stardust. Its boy/girl stuff, and I love music stuff, but it's not plastic "I can hear the dance floor calling me", "let the music take you higher" sort of thing.
