Best places to find/buy Records

Where does everyone get their records from? Internet, BPM, Criminal Records? Anyone know any real good/cheap places?

Im just starting to get seriously into mixing so I am beefing up my record collection now and am trying to track down a few records that I can't find anywhere...

As far as actual rekkid stores go, BPM and Beat Merchants suit me fine

Real groovy sometimes has a good bargain, but more often than not I can't find shit to interest me.

there is a little man in Aoetea square markets that you might wanna pay a visit. but dont be greedy my friend - share the wealth .

Yeah theres a couple of shops in Aotea markets, theres one with no name but same good cheapish cds and some vinyl (oldies i think but worth checking), and conch which is more dub/downbeat oriented but is worth a look cause theres still some wicked tunes there.

Yeah Slyboot I remember the record stand in AKL - he always had a lot of German dnb for all the hardcores and nice jazzy hiphop from Lone Catalysts. Weird collection but nice spot for DITC.

Yeah, Cian runs a stall in Aotea Markets.. knows what he's on about fo sure.

www.classictrax.co.uk is quite good for all those
hard to find oldies and cant beat the chemical store
linked to the knowledge mag site as far postage
prices (if u just want 1 record its a flat 2 pounds,
instead of the normal 4-7 then 1-2 pounds/extra
record), large current+back catalogue and they often

Tank - BPM and Beat Merchants would have everything you'd ever want as far as the new releases go + depending on the request could even get the old bits in too....

And yeah i agree with Toasted - Dont ever use HTFR - Hard to find records are fucking wankers.......

HTFR at one point claimed to have remixes of certain tracks that the remixer hadn't got around to
