Best Hardware Review Site ?

I know of www.tomshardware.com but I as wondering if anyone else had any recommendations and a lot of people complain that Tom's Hardware isn't always that reliable.

So what websites do you use for hardware reviews ?

Where would one look if one wanted to find the best value for money 17" TFT LCD monitor on the market at the moment?

Pricespy is only useful if you know which brand/model you want, because there are so many differences between the models.......

i personally would go with a samsung synch master.... my friend has a 22" one and its the money..... they have good quality and a good price tag
