heh serious misconduct can be pretty quick, and not as much procedure to follow.

I nearly got fired from Coast Bar when manystyles complained to my boss that I wrote a scathing review of the "High Rollers" event held there :> Had a full on disciplinary meeting heh.

But to his credit, he gave me a job at Spy Bar a couple months later so he's all good

My flatmate and like, almost all of the drum and bass kids in Wellington have iphones. I don't want an iphone. But... Well I'd actually text her first.. to make sure its ok to call her... before I text her.... and by important messages I mean LOLCAT pictures..... they never explain well over a telephone line..:
